Job summary

FIS seeks a senior Product Leader to own the Enterprise Intelligence product portfolio, focusing on customer needs, commercial impact, and measurable outcomes in finance data products.

You will lead strategy, engage clients, and shape products to enable AI-enabled analytics, regulatory compliance, and intelligent automation while driving revenue and growth in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, data strategy, or related roles.
• Experience in the financial services industry is required.
• Proven track record of defining product vision and roadmaps.
• Strong communication, research, presentation and creative skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive FIS’s Enterprise Intelligence Product strategy, roadmap, and revenue.
• Drive data strategy and execution; inform go-to-market efforts and product strategy.
• Grow the Enterprise Intelligence product pipeline and P&L.
• Position FIS data to enable analytics, AI and agentic products.
• Translate complex concepts into clear content and visualizations.
• Lead executive communications for clients and FIS leaders.
• Design analytic products guided by financial services and regulatory expertise.
• Lead cross-functional teams through strong partnerships and storytelling.
• Guide product consumption and refinement with client teams.
• Drive data partnerships to expand data product value and distribution.
