Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in investment banking or transaction advisory.
• Proven ability to lead deal execution and manage multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to obtain Series 79 and 63 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A and capital markets transactions in FIG sector.
