Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York seeks a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Banks to manage client relationships and drive growth across banking products. You will coordinate with multiple internal teams to deliver integrated banking solutions and lead strategic opportunities from concept to transaction.

The role requires 6+ years in finance, strong analytical and communication skills, and licensed credentials within three months of hire.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the financial industry.
• Broad understanding of core banking products and how to position them to banks.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must possess or obtain FINRA Series 79, Series 63, and SIE licenses within three months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and prepare materials on strategic opportunities, capital markets, capital structure, and business operations to provide insights and recommendations.
• Participate in all aspects of client engagement from marketing to transaction execution.
• Coordinate with internal divisions including Investment Banking Coverage, Capital Markets, Payments, Security Services, and Asset Management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess regulatory capital health, debt capacity, and effects of capital structures.
• Collaborate with deal teams across J.P. Morgan LOBs to ensure successful transactions.
