Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in lawful intercept, law enforcement technology, intelligence, cyber, investigative technologies, or adjacent national security markets.
• Established network and credibility with senior decision-makers in law enforcement, intelligence, and investigative tech communities.
• Deep understanding of lawful intercept technologies and architectures (ETSI LI, CALEA, collection, delivery, workflows).
• Experience translating requirements into engineering-ready solutions and leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record in go-to-market execution and revenue growth across federal and international customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Pandion.
• Drive revenue growth and pipeline across U.S. federal, state, local, and allied international customers.
• Build senior-level customer relationships and position SOSi as a trusted partner for investigative capabilities modernization.
• Lead solution development by coordinating with customer teams and SOSi engineers.
• Translate complex technology into mission value for executive audiences.
• Shape opportunities early in the lifecycle and identify strategic partnerships.
• Provide market and customer insight to influence the Pandion product roadmap.
