Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Systems Integrator in the Washington, DC area to grow and evolve sponsor-aligned AI/data initiatives, applications, and programs. Responsibilities include transitioning to multi-cloud architectures, managing growing customer requirements, and integrating with partner data sources and technologies.

The role requires hands-on system integration across large programs, developing proposals, and coordinating with sponsor teams.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Experience performing system integration on large-scale projects or programs.
• Ability to create and maintain systems architectural documentation.
• Understanding of cloud services and their applications.
• Ability to coordinate across a diverse customer set.
• Ability to identify integration points between internal and external systems.
• Experience advising senior customers and tailoring communications.
• Experience developing and reviewing deliverables such as presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct programmatic outreach for the Sponsor to other offices.
• Perform horizontal integration across organization initiatives.
• Provide systems integration support to multiple initiatives.
• Prepare deliverables including presentations, strategies, requirements, and status reports.
• Review strategic plans and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure project solutions and schedules are implemented timely.
• Coordinate activities in support of Sponsor program managers and teams.
• Assess and document current site network configuration.
• Develop migration project proposals with action plans, effort estimates, and timelines.
• Provide input on network design and implementation plans.
• Help establish configuration management systems.
• Develop strategic relationships with partner offices and components.
• Engage with Sponsor teams on project execution.
• Create and deliver program artifacts and deliverables.
• Support Sponsor and program planning activities.

Job Description

*Position is contingent upon contract award*

SOSi is seeking a Systems Integrator. The Contractor shall support the growth and evolution of the Sponsor's Al/data initiatives, applications, and programs of analysis, to include potential transition to multi-cloud architecture, management of increasing customer requirements, and integration with mission partner data sources, applications, and technologies.

• Conducting programmatic outreach on behalf of Sponsor to other offices.
• Performing horizontal integration across organization and initiatives.
• Providing systems integration support to multiple initiatives.
• Preparing deliverables such as presentations, strategies, requirements, status reports, plans, and ad-hoc documentation.
• Reviewing strategic plans and making recommendations for corrective action.
• Ensuring project solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.
• Coordinating activities in support of Sponsor program managers and teams.
• Assessing and documenting current site network configuration.
• Developing migration project proposals with a clear plan of action, level of effort estimate, and
• delivery timeline.
• Providing input on network design and implementation plans.
• Helping to establish configuration management system(s).
• Developing strategic working relationships with partner offices and components.
• Engaging with the Sponsor team on project execution.
• Creating and delivering program and project artifacts and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Active in scope Top Secret security clearance.
• Demonstrated professional experience with the following:
  • Performing system integration on large-scale technical projects or programs.
  • Creating and maintaining systems architectural documentation.
  • Understanding cloud services.
  • Integrating and orchestrating activities across a diverse set of customers.
  • Identifying integrations points between internal and external systems.
  • Advising a team of senior customers.
  • Conceiving and executing tailored communications to all levels of customer.
  • Developing and reviewing deliverables such as presentations, strategies, studies, requirements, status reports, and ad-hoc documentation.
  • Using Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
