Marrow Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President, Intellectual Property to shape strategy protecting innovation and enabling partnering around our therapeutic platform. The role requires translating complex science into durable patent positions and guiding IP decisions at the executive level.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive intellectual property experience in life sciences.
• VP-level scope and judgment expected.
• Strong expertise in patent prosecution and portfolio strategy.
• Experience aligning legal strategy with scientific and business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a comprehensive IP strategy aligned to the antibody-based platform and pipeline priorities.
• Partner with discovery, translational, clinical, regulatory, and business development leaders to identify protectable inventions and build IP portfolios.
• Lead preparation, review, and prosecution strategy for global patent filings, including invention harvesting, claim development, and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate competitive IP landscapes and provide recommendations on risk, opportunity, and differentiation to senior leadership.
• Support partnering, licensing, and collaboration initiatives by structuring IP positions that preserve strategic optionality.
• Oversee relationships with outside counsel and ensure high-quality execution across jurisdictions.
• Translate scientific concepts into precise legal and business terms for executive decision-making and board materials.
