Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Sr Supply Chain Assessment Director to lead enterprise-wide assessments in healthcare.

You will coordinate interviews, observations, and data analyses to deliver objective, data-driven recommendations and strategic roadmaps that improve financial and operational performance. The role requires senior-level stakeholder management, governance oversight, and expertise across operating models, technology, and workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications

Relevant degree in healthcare administration, supply chain, or healthcare operations management.
7+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain, operations, consulting, or performance improvement.
Demonstrated experience leading assessments, engagements, or value realization initiatives.
Deep expertise in healthcare supply chain leading practices, operating models, and performance improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive-level facilitation.
Ability to travel regularly to meet clients' needs and timetables.

Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance for complex enterprise assessments.
Lead execution of enterprise assessment frameworks, including stakeholder interviews and data analysis.
Validate outcomes through disciplined analytics, benchmarking, and performance evaluation.
Develop actionable recommendations and implementation priorities in partnership with clients and internal teams.
Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and align roadmaps with strategic priorities.
