Job summary
Q Casino + Resort seeks a strategic, data-driven Vice President of Commercial Strategy to lead the unified revenue engine across gaming, hospitality, and entertainment. Reporting to the CEO, you will align marketing, sales, loyalty, and brand efforts to maximize revenue, loyalty, and market share.
You will partner with the executive team to identify growth opportunities, translate insights into action, and build internal and external partnerships that drive sustainable guest value and company
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive leadership in commercial strategy, marketing, sales, revenue management, or related functions.
- Experience in gaming, casino, hospitality, or consumer-facing environments preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans and revenue initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the property's integrated commercial strategy across gaming, hotel, food & beverage, entertainment, and ancillary lines.
- Develop annual and multi-year commercial plans with revenue targets and channel strategies.
- Identify cross-sell and lifetime value opportunities across casino and hospitality segments.
- Monitor performance and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO.
- Oversee the Director of Player Development & Casino Loyalty and manage budgets and ROI performance.
