Job summary

Staff Boom is seeking a Strategic Leadership executive to shape the long-term vision for Insurance Service Delivery in our California operations. You will partner with executives to design scalable models, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across onboarding, policy servicing, renewals, and billing.

The role requires 10+ years in P&C leadership, proven ability to lead distributed and offshore teams, and experience with agency operations.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience within property & casualty insurance operations.
5+ years leading multi-functional operational teams at director or VP level.
Proven ability to scale service organizations and manage complex initiatives.
Strong knowledge of agency operations including policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, billing, and document management.
Experience with onboarding, implementation, or service delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute long term vision and strategy for Insurance Service Delivery.
Build scalable operational models that support growth while maintaining service quality.
Partner with executive leadership on organizational planning and workforce strategy.
Drive innovation and transformation across service delivery functions.
Lead consultative partner engagements and executive-level operational reviews.
Oversee onboarding, policy servicing, renewals, and billing support within service delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional projects from scope to completion with clear success criteria.
