Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in institutional investment management or financial services.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in asset management, research, or portfolio strategy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the strategic roadmap for Insurance Research & Solutions.
• Formalize business reporting (financial, pipeline, client management) and support KPI reporting.
• Supervise and improve workflow for publication and commercialization efforts of the team's capabilities.
• Prepare materials to enhance internal communication and alignment among team leaders and members.
• Oversee execution of legal contracts, renewal management, and client billing.
• Coordinate campaigns with internal and external clients (PM, sales, library and asset management).
• Drive operational discipline across research production, solution development, and client delivery.
• Break down silos and accelerate time-to-market for new ideas and capabilities.
