Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Instruction Capture Client Event Manager to join Fund and Investor Solutions in Lake Mary, FL. You will represent Instruction Capture in client engagements as a subject matter expert, focusing on fund processing, orders, baskets, and lifecycle events.

You will develop standardized offering materials and client documentation, advocate for scalable, controlled workflows, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to support onboarding and operating

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Financial Services.
• Deep expertise in Instruction Capture, Fund Accounting, or related operational domains.
• Experience with front-to-back trade lifecycles and ETF/mutual fund processing.
• Strong client onboarding and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Represent Instruction Capture in client engagements as SME.
• Develop and maintain standardized offering materials and client documentation.
• Advocate for scalable, controlled workflows in solution design.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders for onboarding and operating model optimization.
