Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Vice President, Business Insights & Analytics to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You will leverage analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations, translating complex findings into clear narratives for executives.

Success requires executive presence, strong communication, and the ability to connect data to business outcomes. This is a senior leadership role in a mature, data-driven environment driving enterprise performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in business analytics, BI, strategy, consulting, insights, or related analytics field.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional data storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience influencing decision-making in complex organizational environments.
• Strategic mindset to connect insights to performance and goals.
• Experience in large, data‑intensive organizations.
• Knowledge of BI, reporting, data visualization, and predictive analytics.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business stakeholders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data and analytics.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling presentations and business recommendations.
• Present and defend insights to executive audiences while influencing strategic decision-making.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, retention, and succession planning.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve business outcomes through analytics and insight generation.
• Collaborate with BI, Reporting, and Data Science teams to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic thought partner.
• Help shape the future direction of analytics by demonstrating measurable business impact.
