• 10+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• 5+ years of designing, implementing, and managing large-scale, complex enterprise-level infrastructure environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on scalability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure the security and integrity of all infrastructure components through best practices, monitoring, and proactive threat mitigation.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance performance, automation, and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology procurements to ensure value and service delivery.
• Develop and manage infrastructure budgets and forecast future needs.
• Establish and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications.
