Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure engineering with leadership
• 5+ years in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute an infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on scalability, resilience, and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure security and integrity through best practices, monitoring, and proactive threat mitigation.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance performance, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology procurements to ensure value and service delivery.
• Develop and manage infrastructure budgets, forecasting future needs and optimizing resources.
• Establish and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security to support applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the infrastructure team.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
