Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy.
• Ensure security and integrity of all infrastructure components.
• Drive adoption of new technologies to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology procurements.
• Develop and manage infrastructure budgets and forecasting.
• Establish and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
