Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President to join our Compensation team in Columbus, OH. You will oversee incentive compensation programs for Business Banking with governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement at the forefront.

The role balances operational execution, implementation coordination, and complex program administration, collaborating with Finance, HR, Sales Strategy, Technology and Risk to ensure precise calculations and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing procedures, process documentation and controls.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets and complex calculations.
• Excellent project coordination, planning and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to prepare executive-level presentations and management reporting.
• Ability to influence across diverse groups and operate in changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer incentive compensation programs and interpret plan provisions; validate calculations, outputs and payouts.
• Support participant eligibility reviews, governance activities and plan updates.
• Research and resolve incentive inquiries, escalations and issues using plan provisions.
• Coordinate implementation activities for approved incentive plans and system changes.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across HR, Finance, Sales Strategy, Technology, Operations, Risk and the business.
• Prepare executive summaries and management reporting on incentive administration and controls.
• Maintain procedures and administration standards; support audits and risk reviews.
