Synchrony Financial seeks a VP of Identity Security Platforms to lead the management and development of Identity Security tools within IAM. The role heads a team, providing hands-on design as needed, and collaborates across the enterprise to drive governance and operational excellence.

Formación

• 10+ years of information security leadership in a large enterprise
• Experience leading teams of engineers or analysts
• Experience leading the engineering, delivery, and support of technology solutions for medium to large enterprises
• Experience in planning, designing, building, and managing enterprise security tools
• Experience with security policy engineering (firewall, network, authentication, zero trust)
• Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices in modern IDP's, directories, and authentication systems
• Travel willingness for business

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Identity Security product roadmaps as the Agile Product Owner
• Manage development, testing, implementation, and operations of ISPM & ITDR platforms
• Develop and maintain processes for IAM defect identification and system hardening
• Oversee Zero Trust access policy engineering to enable adaptive policies
• Drive governance, technical excellence, and risk management of the platforms
• Collaborate with technical leaders, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
