Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Cybersecurity IAM & Zero Trust Architect to shape our global identity and access security strategy. You will design and implement modern IAM capabilities while advancing Zero Trust across cloud, infrastructure, apps and emerging tech.

Collaborating with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud and Business teams worldwide, you will ensure secure, seamless, governed access for users, systems and applications while guiding adoption of identity-first security and governance.

Qualifications

Experience in Cybersecurity with IAM and Zero Trust.
Expertise with Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and identity governance.
Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols.
Experience securing cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Responsibilities

Define and evolve global IAM and Zero Trust architecture, standards and roadmap.
Design and implement modern access solutions, including SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication and PAM.
Lead adoption of Zero Trust principles with least-privilege access and identity-based security controls.
Drive identity governance initiatives: user lifecycle management, access certifications, role management, provisioning.
Partner with stakeholders to embed identity-first security across cloud, applications and infrastructure.
Assess access-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to strengthen security posture.
Provide technical leadership on IAM, Zero Trust and identity security best practices.
Support M&A activities from an identity and access management perspective.
