CTDI is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead all HR functions from CTDI Headquarters in West Chester, PA. The VP HR will partner with executives, drive total rewards competitiveness, and oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance while shaping HR policy and strategic initiatives across the organization.
The role requires 15+ years of HR experience, 10+ years in management, and strong leadership in multi-site, global environments.
The Vice President of Human Resources is a key member of the CTDI Leadership team, with close interaction with all business unit leaders and the overall executive staff, and will based out of CTDI Headquarters in West Chester, PA. The VP of HR will be responsible for the overall Human Resources management, design, communication, compliance and administration. The VP will provide support to employee relations, workforce and talent, administration, payroll, and total rewards teams for CTDI. This position will also define process and policy development. The successful candidate is one that thrives in a fast paced, collaborative team environment, driven to perform at a very high level, has demonstrated ability to develop and lead a talented HR Organization, possesses strong customer service skills, and is passionate about driving and leading HR in a growing and dynamic organization.
