Job summary

Chubb is building AI infrastructure to transform how work gets done. This role sits at the intersection of human-centered design, enterprise AI strategy, and organizational change, with a mandate to prove how AI should work for people and scale it across the enterprise.

You will design, build, deploy, and iterate, serving as the connector among users, technologists, and senior leaders across Global Data & Analytics to deliver practical, measurable AI-enabled productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise AI strategy and adoption.
• Strong ability to translate complex AI concepts into human-centered design solutions.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional change in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI can materially improve how people work, prioritizing impact over experimentation.
• Partner with leadership to define adoption roadmaps grounded in real user needs.
• Lead sessions, labs, and workshops to educate, energize, and mobilize teams.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical, human-centered solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Design intuitive interaction models and build trustworthy AI experiences.
