Carex Consulting Group is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to join the Executive Leadership Team in Madison, WI. This role will shape organizational strategy, lead talent initiatives, and build a high-performing, engaged workforce across several manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading HR in multi-site, multi-shift environments.
• Proven ability to drive retention, leadership development, and business-aligned people strategies.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations best practices.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy across four locations.
• Lead and develop the HR team with focus on accountability and growth.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies across locations.
• Lead UKG system implementation and analytics to improve decisions.
