Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers in San Diego is seeking a VP, HOA Regional Account Executive to lead business development within a targeted HOA market and manage strategic relationships with community association management companies.

You will drive deposit growth, cross-sell financial products, and coordinate with onboarding to deliver a superior client experience while traveling regionally and nationally as required.

• 4+ years HOA industry experience working directly with associations and/or property management companies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.

About the job VP, HOA Regional Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Business Development - Increase Bank's share of client's total relationship by acquiring deposit business and cross sell appropriate bank products and services for a specific target market of community association management companies
• Responsible for lead generation partially derived from local and national trade association activities, including but not limited to trade shows, luncheons, events and volunteer committee or board positions
• Perform detailed sales and account management tracking using approved sales tracking system
• Work with executive leadership to develop appropriate sales responses to RFPs and client proposals
• Customarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in the preliminary preparation of client proposals and pricing models. Prepare pricing proformas and profilers when necessary
• Prepare and obtain executed service agreements and supporting documents for each new client.
• Work collaboratively with onboarding team to ensure exceptional customer experience
• Actively participate in any required corporate and business line training
• Partner with relationship team, when appropriate, to cross sell Bank products and services
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of HOA industry experience working directly with associations and/or property management companies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
• Self -motivated, independent and goal- driven
• Applies professional skills, knowledge, and techniques to maximize business opportunities
• Strong knowledge of an array of financial products and services and a good knowledge of market sector served
• Excellent industry contacts
• Demonstrated ability to prospect for new associations
• Ability to organize and prioritize work while working remotely or with a virtual office

Physical Requirements

• Role requires sitting or standing in front of a computer monitor for prolonged periods of time in a fixed neck position
• Constant use of a computer or other office equipment resulting in repeating motions of the hands and wrists
• Light work that may include moving objects up to 20 pounds
• Must be able to travel locally, regionally and nationally as required in the fulfillment of business development and client retention duties
• Ability to assemble tradeshow booth and equipment, including the movement of tradeshow promo items, displays and decorations
