Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Credit experience with investor backed companies.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Understanding and interest in high growth software, payments, ecommerce and marketplaces.
• Excellent sales management and business development skills.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to establish credibility with senior partners.
• Ability to leverage relationships within VC/PE ecosystems to drive new business.
• Self-directed, proactive, and creative; navigates ambiguity to get things done.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire.
