Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required; MBA/MHA/CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance experience with a track record in hospital financial management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing enterprise standardization and automation.
• Deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, payer regulations, and clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: analytical review of portfolio hospital financial performance and identification of strategic risks and opportunities.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: oversee annual operating and capital budget processes, conduct variance analysis, and implement forecasting models.
• Strategic Growth: partner with executive leadership to evaluate initiatives, expansions, and business plans to support patient care.
• Decision Support: provide actionable financial data to clinical heads to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
• Reimbursement Strategy: oversee managed care contracting, payer negotiations, and reimbursement optimizations.
