Job Description:
Reporting to SVP & GM – Wellness, the VP Health Systems will lead a high-performance team focused on building long-term successful relationships with assigned Health Systems as well as individually manage and own one or more Health Systems directly. In this role the successful incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the health systems segment and portfolio performance. Additionally, the incumbent will develop relationships internally with Marketing, Finance, Product, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Government affairs to act as a thought leader in how financing is utilized in Health Systems. They will be responsible of oversight of any key actions discovered in the course of Health Systems reviews.

Oversees a team that establishes and maintain productive, professional relationships with key & executive personnel in top performing Health Systems.
Develop, lead, motivate and manage the team to achieve maximum customer success.
Lead the pricing, contract negotiation and program structure for all renewing programs.
Understand portfolio dynamics to develop, support and implement key business strategies.
Analyzing how Health Systems are offering financing products, develop action plans based on findings and support strategic conversations with Credit, Finance, Legal & Compliance stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional involvement, such as marketing, planning, client support, customer service, and management resources to meet annual performance objectives.
Support solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary cross functional stakeholders
Provide leadership to ensure adherence with all external and internal Compliance and Regulatory requirements
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services
Minimum 5 years of experience selling to and/or managing large health systems or hospitals.
Minimum 5 years proven track record in leading, and managing people.
Minimum 5 years sales and/or account management experience with large enterprise strategic accounts
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing and leading cross- functional large-scale program implementations and managing and leading risk management activities on projects.
Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Must demonstrate strong network and relationship building skills, problem-solving, negotiating, conflict resolution and communication skills.
Must be able to travel 2 to 3 days per month.
Desired Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
7 years plus of experience selling to and/or managing large Health Systems or Hospital Systems
Strong understanding of Health Systems revenue cycle management processes and workflow
Experience working with Health Systems strategic technology partners.
Knowledge and experience with Health Systems’ clinical applications and patient portals.
Must demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm, organizational skills, and be goal oriented.

The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
N ew hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
