Qualifications

• 6–10 years of growth equity or technology-focused private equity experience.
• Strong technology investing judgment, able to assess market structure, competitive positioning, and valuation.
• Demonstrated ability to form independent investment views and communicate clear recommendations to senior decision-makers.
• Maturity, presence, and good judgment to work directly with senior investors, management teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• High-ownership, low-ego leadership style with ability to manage multiple live workstreams and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of new late-stage growth equity investments, including opportunity evaluation, diligence, underwriting, structuring, Investment Committee approval, and closing in partnership with senior investors.
• Own the investment recommendation, including key diligence findings, valuation framework, competitive positioning, risk/reward analysis, and exit path.
• Manage internal and external deal workstreams, including engagement with management teams, industry experts, advisors, legal, tax, finance, operations, and compliance.
• Oversee Investment Committee materials and junior team execution, ensuring rigorous analysis and clear, decision-ready work product.
• Support portfolio company monitoring, follow-on analysis, thematic research, market mapping, and relationship development.
