You will balance big-picture thinking with operational rigor, lead data-driven analyses, and collaborate with Financial Advisors and Field Management across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years in top-tier management consulting, technology or financial services.
• Wealth Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new strategies to achieve firmwide objectives.
• Create concise presentations supporting strategic initiatives.
• Support test & learn campaigns, including analyzing performance data.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.
• Coach team members on analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate with partner businesses across the end-to-end journey.
