Job summary

Qualifications

• 12–18+ years of progressive finance experience in financial services.
• Proven senior finance leadership in large, multi‑entity organizations.
• Experience as VP Finance or equivalent (e.g., Finance Director, Deputy CFO).
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, treasury, capital management, and financial controls.
• Insurance finance and/or investment/asset management finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting across business units.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and management accounts.
• Drive FP&A, commercial finance, and actionable insights for senior management.
