Job summary

Qualifications
- 15+–20+ years of progressive finance experience.
- Experience in senior finance leadership within a complex or multi-entity organization.
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, reporting, capital management, treasury, and controls.
- Experience supporting strategic transactions, M&A, capital raising, investments, or expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead Group-level financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Oversee financial reporting, management accounts, analysis, and executive reporting.
- Drive FP&A and commercial finance to translate data into strategic decisions.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and return on capital across the portfolio.
- Lead treasury planning, liquidity, and capital allocation; strengthen governance and controls.
