Job summary

TheHiveCareers seeks a Senior Vice President (SVP) Finance to lead financial strategy across the Group’s insurance, investment, asset management, and related services businesses. You will oversee FP&A, reporting, controls, and treasury, partnering with Risk, Compliance, Actuarial, Investment, Treasury, and Legal functions.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of progressive finance experience in financial services or similar industries.
• Senior or enterprise-level finance leadership experience in complex/multi-entity organizations.
• Proven track record in strategic transactions, M&A, capital raising, or expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Oversee financial reporting, management accounts, and executive reporting.
• Drive FP&A, commercial finance, and strategic analysis for decisions.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and return on capital across portfolios.
• Provide financial leadership across insurance, investment, and asset management operations.
• Support capital planning, solvency, liquidity, and capital allocation.
• Lead treasury planning and maintain governance, controls, and regulatory reporting.
