Digitas is seeking a Vice President, Director in Project Management to lead large programs for Fortune 500 clients, guiding cross-disciplinary teams through strategy, planning, and delivery of digital experiences.

This role combines mentorship of project managers, governance of scope and budgets, and client partnership, with a focus on excellence, proactive problem solving, and advancing the agency's capabilities in AI and emerging tech.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree
• 10-12 years of Project Management, Marketing, or related experience
• Mastery of large-level projects and programs
• PMP and/or CSM Certification (or desire to get this)
• Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello)
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools is a plus, especially for ideation, research, or content generation

Responsibilities

• Direction, oversight, and outcome of a large account, program, or process
• Problem-solving program and project issues; lead teams to develop risk mitigation plans
• Working with capability leads to understand business needs and staffing judiciously
• Collaborating with clients to establish best-practice processes that meet business needs
