Job summary

Remedy Edge NY is seeking a VP, Group Director, Engagement Strategy to lead and shape engagement across key healthcare brands. This senior role drives omnichannel strategy, client advisory, and growth initiatives while guiding a high-performing team across accounts and disciplines.

As a strategic leader, you will set the vision for Engagement Strategy, partner with Brand Strategy, Creative, Medical, and Analytics to deliver differentiated, measurable campaigns and drive agency growth and client

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engagement/experience strategy, healthcare marketing
• Executive-level client presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Strong omnichannel strategy and customer journey experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build new capabilities and teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling abilities

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategic direction for engagement across brands and accounts
• Lead omnichannel and experience planning teams across HCP, patient, and other stakeholders
• Advise senior clients, identify opportunities, and strengthen client relationships
• Lead new business pitches and drive organic growth opportunities
• Provide strategic oversight and ensure quality across multiple accounts and workstreams
• Partner with senior leaders across disciplines to translate insights into activation
• Champion AI and new channels to evolve engagement solutions
• Develop and mentor Engagement Strategy talent and teams
• Establish meaningful KPIs and measurement frameworks for impact
