Job summary

Citi is seeking a Governance Reporting & Analysis Lead Analyst to strengthen risk and controls reporting across governance committees. You will provide data analysis, governance oversight, and end-to-end management aligned with Citi policies and regulatory expectations.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, reporting to senior management and the Board, and maintaining high standards for governance processes and controls training.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or related control functions in financial services.
• Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
• Understanding of Citi’s Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for senior management engagement.
• Experience implementing sustainable controls and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support development of standardized risk and controls reporting for senior governance.
• Provide governance and end-to-end management for Governance Committees.
• Enable proactive risk and control environment management through reporting and analysis.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities and help implement mitigations.
• Maintain and update risk/controls reporting standards to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide updates to senior management and the Board on risk and control status.
