Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a VP of TLOD Partnering to lead the global TLOD Partnering function and to design, deploy, and flawlessly execute enterprise TLOD initiatives that enable our People Strategy across the Enterprise. The role reports to the SVP Talent, Learning & Organizational Development and sits on the TLOD Leadership Team.

The candidate will oversee performance and talent management programs, drive organizational effectiveness, and lead a global team to deliver high-impact TLOD

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, performance management, or related fields.
• Strong executive presence with ability to engage with C-suite and senior HR leaders.
• Experience partnering with HR, COEs, and senior business leaders; management consulting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with executive HRBPs and C-suite to deliver end-to-end TLOD solutions.
• Lead a global team of TLOD Partners and Advisors across Care Delivery, Care Enablement, and Global Functions.
• Manage TLOD vendors to ensure effective partnerships and adherence to Enterprise standards.
• Drive consistency and standardization of TLOD practices across regions while considering local context.
• Support and enable TLOD partnering with leaders to ensure aligned, high-quality delivery of TLOD solutions.
