MTI Motion is seeking a VP of Supply Chain to lead and optimize all facets of procurement through delivery. You will drive long-term strategy, foster cross-functional collaboration, and build a resilient, data-driven organization capable of supporting growth across multiple industries.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement, risk management, and governance to ensure cost-efficient performance and on-time results in a global manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and direct end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory/warehouse management
• Develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, and ensure cost-effective, high-quality supply
• Lead SIOP and demand-supply planning discipline, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Command logistics network cost and service, driving efficiency and resilience
• Build inventory strategies for turns, availability, and obsolescence reduction
• Implement dual sourcing, risk visibility, and post-disruption recovery programs
• Drive digital supply chain capabilities with measurable results
• Manage trade compliance and sustainability requirements
• Build and lead a supply chain organization with strong analytics and decision-making capabilities
• Recruit talent, develop leaders, build succession bench, and drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability
