Job summary

MTI Motion is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain lifecycle from procurement to delivery. The role focuses on strategic growth, cost efficiency, risk management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational resilience.

The VP will develop long-term supply chain strategy, drive performance metrics, and lead a team responsible for procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations
• Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale supply chain strategy
• Strong focus on cost optimization, risk management and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Own and direct end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, logistics and inventory management
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier performance for cost and quality
• Lead SIOP and demand-supply planning to align with business strategy
• Drive logistics network optimization to improve cost and service levels
• Build inventory strategies to optimize turns and obsolescence
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and organizational development within Lean Six Sigma context
