Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a senior procurement leader to oversee global procurement operations, supplier governance, and lifecycle management across our U.S. and international data centers.

The role partners with Data Center Operations, Regional COOs, and site leadership to deliver reliable, cost-efficient operations through robust supplier frameworks, service agreements, and performance governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, and infrastructure services.
• Proven experience managing global service agreements and supplier performance frameworks.
• Strong track record supporting operations in uptime-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary procurement and supply chain partner to Data Center Operations teams and site leadership.
• Translate requirements into commercial frameworks, supplier strategies, and service delivery models.
• Manage global service contracts including maintenance, security, and critical spares.
• Structure and govern global master service agreements with defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead supplier performance governance including quarterly and strategic reviews.
• Define and track supplier KPIs across uptime, SLA compliance, and recovery times.
• Drive continuous improvement with suppliers using performance data and contractual levers.
