Morgan Stanley seeks a Vice President of Procurement Operations to lead the firmwide Purchase-to-Order function responsible for over $5B in annual procurement and to shape the operating model for 70k+ colleagues. Qualifications

  • 10+ years of leadership in procurement or operations within large, regulated firms.
  • Enterprise-scale Purchase-to-Order ownership with responsibility for execution and risk.
  • Experience with GEP, SAP Ariba, or Coupa including catalog management and compliance.
  • Governance and control expertise with SOX, OCC, FRB, or equivalent.
  • Executive stakeholder leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own firmwide Purchase-to-Order operations with end-to-end accountability.
  • Translate technology strategy into scalable procurement execution aligned with standards and regulation.
  • Define and govern the procurement catalog to drive standardization and compliant purchasing.
  • Own procurement governance, risk, and controls, including audits and regulatory engagements.
  • Partner with Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance leaders to shape the operating model.
  • Lead, develop, and scale procurement teams, including oversight of offshore/BPO resources.
