Job summary

Morgan Stanley’s Global Supplier Services team is seeking a VP-level Business Unit Relationship Manager to lead execution, coordination, and enablement for the Business Unit Relationship Sourcing Lead. You will drive intake, track demand across categories, and ensure timely delivery of sourcing services.

You will partner with stakeholders across Technology, Professional Services, and Non IT, maintain lifecycle visibility, prepare leadership materials, and escalate risks while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or business operations.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-through skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with contract management tools is a plus.
• Experience in financial services or a large enterprise setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day execution and coordination support for the Business Unit Relationship Sourcing Lead.
• Support intake, clarification, tracking, and routing of sourcing demand across categories.
• Assist in managing sourcing workflows, priorities, and follow-ups across initiatives.
• Prepare materials for business unit discussions, leadership updates, and decision forums.
• Track milestones across renewals, negotiations, and initiatives to maintain momentum.
• Maintain visibility into the BU sourcing pipeline and upcoming demand.
• Support application of Global Supplier Services governance and standards.
• Identify risks or bottlenecks and elevate as appropriate.
• Assist with commercial summaries, analyses, dashboards, and BU reporting.
