Qualifications

• 18+ years in medical device/pharma industries.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management and platform strategy.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in global orgs.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing global supplier, manufacturing, and distribution partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform lifecycle execution and governance across initiatives and roadmaps.
• Translate charters into detailed requirements and executable development plans.
• Oversee lifecycle governance with cross-functional leaders and executive escalation.
• Build trust-based relationships with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Marketing.
• Leverage data and financial modeling to drive prioritization and investments.
• Develop and elevate PLM capability through governance and leadership development.
