Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 18 years in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, platform strategy, or enterprise program leadership.
• Ability to lead complex, crossfunctional initiatives in highly matrixed global organizations.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
• Exceptional executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing global supplier, manufacturing, and distribution partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Lifecycle Execution with governance and cross-functional teams.
• Translate charters into detailed product requirements and executable plans.
• Own phase-gate governance and escalate significant risks to the Executive Team.
• Build deep relationships across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing, and Commercialization.
