The role requires extensive leadership experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or animal health sectors, with a track record of driving improvements, cost optimization, and product availability at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/nutraceutical/animal health).

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive end-to-end supply chain strategy.
• Lead and mentor multi-functional teams across planning, sourcing, logistics, and S&OP.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across GMP, FDA, and related standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to optimize capital allocation and risk management.
