RX Global seeks a visionary Event Vice President to lead INTERPHEX, shaping the brand, strategy and event experience for the pharmaceutical and biotech ecosystem. You will translate insights into a differentiated offering while aligning sales, marketing and operations to drive growth.

You will guide end-to-end delivery, build partnerships, manage budgets, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and delivering B2B events or trade shows with accountability for strategic and commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience with business planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and performance management.
• Ability to learn a complex, technical, and highly regulated market and become a credible partner to customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a clear strategic business plan that grows INTERPHEX's market relevance, audience, revenue, and customer value.
• Lead end-to-end event planning and delivery, including positioning, budgeting, forecasting, program development, onsite execution, and post-event evaluation.
• Maintain understanding of customer needs, market drivers, and regulatory developments across life-sciences manufacturing.
