Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of operational leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a VP or Director-level role.
  • Experienced people leader with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong experience in multi-site manufacturing, supply chain management, and logistics.
  • Proven track record in driving operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and six sigma methodologies.
  • Strong financial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization skills.

YOUR IMPACT
Safety & Operations Leadership
  • Develop, implement, and sustain a world-class safety program that prioritizes team member well-being
  • Drive a proactive safety culture by embedding safety into all operational activities, ensuring every team member understands and takes ownership of safety responsibilities.
  • In collaboration with VP, Operations & Supply Chain at Vocational segment, develop and implement a comprehensive operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish KPIs to measure and drive operational performance, efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure world-class manufacturing capabilities, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and automation best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategy to increase capacity across AeroTech manufacturing sites.
  • Partner with Supply Chain organization to optimize supplier partnerships and inventory management.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality and regulatory compliance.
Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure all operational processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control frameworks.
  • Implement best-in-class operational processes to reduce defects, improve reliability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Drive adherence to ISO and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Financial Management
  • Manage budgets, operational expenditures, and capital investments to drive profitability.
  • Conduct financial analyses to improve operational decision-making and efficiency.
  • Optimize cost structures through strategic sourcing, automation, and process improvements.
Leadership & Talent Development
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with Human Resources on workforce planning and development initiatives to align with business growth and expansion.
Minimum Qualifications

Pay Range

$189,800.00 - $370,200.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
