• Proven experience in global development programs and regulatory interactions (FDA/EMA/others).
• Experience with NDA/MAA submissions and global oncology therapeutic area leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Development Team (US/EU and Japan/China) for assigned solid tumor programs.
• Provide strategic input on development plans, go/no go decisions, and contingency planning.
• Oversee protocol development, study execution, and interpretation across regions.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and external partners to align global strategy.
