Responsibilities

• Lead Global Development Team across US/EU and other regions for assigned compounds.
• Guide development strategy, CDPs, and study designs to meet regulatory timelines.
• Provide clinical and strategic guidance to TA leaders on regional requirements and external collaborations.
• Liaise with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and cross-functional partners to align global strategies.
