Job summary

Real REMAX Group in the United States seeks a Vice President, Global Franchise Sales and Development to lead the growth strategy for our franchise network worldwide. You will shape the sales vision, build a high-performing team, and partner with brand leadership to accelerate market share and franchisee success.

Reporting to the REMAX President, you will drive revenue growth, forecast accurately, and develop leadership pipelines while maintaining a high-integrity, value-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 14+ years of consultative sales management experience.
• 5+ years of VP-level sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive ambitious revenue growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Lead Sales Leadership Team to execute high-impact strategies.
• Manage a team of consultative sales professionals toward quota attainment.
• Develop forecasts and align resources to market dynamics.
• Coach and develop next-generation leaders within the organization.
• Build partnerships across executive leadership to accelerate growth.
