You will provide global oversight, implement rigorous risk controls, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and mentor the Financial Operations leadership team to foster collaboration and continuous improvement worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in accounting/financial services with senior leadership experience.
• Experience using AI and automation to transform processes.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
