Job summary

Avance Consulting seeks an experienced leader to drive end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling transformation for a global process manufacturing client. You will own strategy, business case, and target operating model, guiding design, migration, cutover, stabilization, and AMS transition across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.

You will lead template design, standardization, and global workshops, ensuring best practices, minimized customization, and measurable value realization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP Finance experience with deep FI/CO configuration and transformation leadership.
• Proven leadership of at least three full life-cycle SAP programs from discovery to go-live and AMS transition.
• Demonstrable ownership of end-to-end business transformation with standardized processes and measurable value delivery.
• Strong knowledge of process manufacturing finance including costing, inventory valuation, and close management.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete transformation life-cycle from strategy to benefits realization.
• Lead global template design and fit-to-standard workshops across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Define the Finance transformation strategy across R2R, P2P, O2C, and other modules.
• Mentor teams and ensure design quality, governance, and issue escalation.
