Elsevier Health is seeking a visionary VP of Demand & Growth Marketing to unify enterprise B2B demand generation with direct-to-user B2C growth. This role leads a global function, shaping strategy, people, and systems to connect healthcare professionals, students, institutions, and health systems worldwide.

You will own the integrated strategy, drive performance across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and cross-motion attribution, and scale the media group to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of growth or demand generation experience; 4+ years in a senior leadership role owning pipeline or revenue targets.
• Direct experience with AI-powered marketing tools, personalization platforms, and autonomous content operations.
• Experience in health tech, edtech, or professional information markets; enterprise and direct revenue coexist.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated demand generation strategy across B2B enterprise pipeline and B2C direct acquisition, setting targets, channel mix, and budget.
• Lead a team responsible for B2B marketing programs and B2C including product websites and cross-motion attribution.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize media mix and measurement, delivering performance at scale.
